I think Vikki’s first time doing a boudoir session was a success! She was really nervous in the beginning, but she summoned the courage to reach out to me. She wanted to give her husband a boudoir album of herself as a surprise gift, as he always wanted her to do a boudoir shoot. When she reached out to me, he actually had absolutely no idea she was finally doing it.

The day finally came!! Vikki got pampered with hair and make up, as I prepped wardrobe options for her. I was getting really excited for her! I was also talking to her and giving her encouraging words, giving suggestions and easing her mind.

We started with a few easy poses, as I guide her through facial expressions, body and arm movements. Vikki was really quiet at first, and was a bit awkward. But I can tell that as the shoot went on, and as we got into outfit changes, she became more confident. Her true personality started to show, she was bubbly and full of life. Pretty soon, we were flying into every pose at different areas of the room with so much fun and creativity. I was in such high spirits for her and proud of what I was seeing in front of me. This shy, quiet lady who lacked self confidence and belief in herself was finally coming to life right in front of my eyes. I saw a strong, confident and beautiful woman, who was owning it all!

A few days later, when Vikki did her reveal, she couldn’t believe the pictures on the screen! That was an eye opener for her. For the first time in her life, she saw how beautiful she really was, inside and outside. That shoot was supposed to be a gift for her husband, but in reality, she gave the greatest gift to herself — Realizing her worth, her beauty and all that’s good in her!!! And yes she is worth it all!
